Terms & Conditions

  • The person who completes the booking form is ‘the client’ and is therefore subject to the booking and cancellation policy for individual bookings.

  • One booking is required per person (or family in the case of family sessions) and contact details on the form must be for the individual (or family) who is attending the course.

  • For online workshops, the address supplied is where any resources and certificate will be sent.

Please ensure this is accurate as any duplicates that are required to be sent will incur an additional fee.

  • The certificate will be written out to the person named on the booking (when applicable).

Please ensure the name is spelt correctly and appears as you would like it to on the certificate. If a new certificate needs to be provided due to it being misplaced/damaged or because the name provided on the booking form is incorrect, this will incur an additional fee.

  • By completing and submitting the booking form, the client agrees to the dates, times and cost of the workshop booked.  Participants must attend the workshop on the dates and times stated in their confirmation email.  Unfortunately, places cannot be transferred to a later workshop due to limited participants allowed per course.  If a participant cannot attend the workshop booked and wishes to book onto a future date an additional fee will be required (the cost of the course minus the manual).

  • The price of the workshop plus the booking fee, includes the cost of online training, any resources, certificate (when applicable) and postage.

  • The total price of the workshop cannot be re-negotiated and must be paid in full when booking.

  • Workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Refunds or transfers will not be given where there is a failure of the client’s technology.

  • If the organiser cancels the workshop a full refund will be given, or an alternative date will be offered.

  • Confirmation of your place will be given once the payment has been received.

  • You must attend all sessions (where there is more than one session) to receive your certificate.

  • Attendees must be 16 years old or over unless there is a prior agreement, or it is a family session.

  • For online workshops, please ensure you can access Zoom on your laptop, computer or tablet. Mobile phones are not suitable for taking part in online workshops.
